Spiked pink coconut lemonade

Ingredients

2 cups ice
3/4 cup vodka
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup Malibu
Soda water
Lemon or lime to garnish
Handful of mint leaves to garnish
Handful of frozen berries to garnish

Method

Add the ice, vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice and Malibu to a pitcher and muddle together.

Slice the lemon or lime into rounds and add to the pitcher, then top it up with soda water.

Garnish with mint leaves and berries.
