The very generous platters contain a variety of seasonal ingredients, specialty cheeses and cured meats, along with fresh fruits, chutneys, hummus and pâté. Vegetarian and vegan platters are available, as are hot grazing options.

Additional to the team’s repertoire are both made-to-order naked wedding cakes offering a visual appeal that conventional frosting can’t replicate and after wedding catering packages that include BBQ meats and gourmet salads.
