Black and White Marshland is just one location of the popular coffee franchise. Known for being New Zealand’s first micro-roasting franchise, Black and White Marshland carries on the brand’s tradition of roasting coffee beans on site in full view of guests, and guarantees the same quality service and fresh food loved by customers throughout the city.
New owner Frank Yang says he chose to franchise with Black and White because they are locally known and have a vision of bringing the personality and charm of the independent coffee shop to the masses.
“People love their service and the freshness of their food,” he says. With eighteen locations across New Zealand, franchising with this innovative brand was the obvious choice for Frank.
He says the most popular food choices are their variety of cabinet food. “Scones, muffins, and paninis are really popular,” he says.
