Balance by Simo also offers online meal plans, that can be built via the website depending on your desired meal type, or dietary needs. These ready-made meals are perfect for busy individuals who value convenience without compromising on nutrition or taste.
With meal plans varying from balanced plans tailored to those with an active lifestyle, to those on low carb, gluten free, or diabetic diets, there are meals plans tailored to fit every lifestyle. “I do a lot of one-on-one’s according to doctor prescriptions, special requirements, and specialised nutrition,” says Simo.
