While it’s still cold out, and the need to socialise is picking up, why not add the ultimate comfort food to your entertaining with a classic – baked cheese.

Whether you favour sweet or savoury, a baked brie or camembert, both pair well with either as they are baked to gooey perfection.

Try honey and rosemary if you are more of a sweet-tooth, or sage and mushroom (see recipe page 77) if you’re more savoury inclined. The fun of eating this gooey, golden treat is sure to warm you up and bring you and your guests together.
