On the night before Christmas, plenty will be stirring in the kitchen. The veggies and seafood arrive for the team to prepare the freshest dishes for Christmas Day.

With the likes of garlic and rosemary rubbed lamb leg with rich brown gravy, Akaroa salmon served with creamy curry sauce, and orange and honey glazed ham with brandy pepper sauce, Christmas can’t come soon enough.
