A rebranded favourite: The Little Taphouse

This local favourite has rebranded into a homely haven to be enjoyed by all.

Previously Sprig & Fern Merivale, The Little Taphouse’s refurbishment refurbishment has created a space for growth, while still providing the same great service locals love. “We are now stocking 18 taps of Emerson’s beer,” says bar and restaurant owner, Wendy Roigard. “So we are just about all Emersons, with the odd Alcoholic Ginger Beer and Speights tap.” There has also been a television added to the bar area, which will be regularly used to show sporting events.

While the space is a lot different to what it was, it remains dog-friendly, and customers are still greeted by owners Craig and Wendy. The two function rooms out the back are available to hire out for the evening, or during non-open hours in the day time.

Locals love The Little Taphouse for its friendly nature and atmosphere. Staff turnover is low, and the owners’ passion has only grown stronger.

Introducing its new summer menu, the team are now taking bookings for Christmas Functions.

“Since we’ve refurbished, the pub has become an even more homely, warm, and inviting space for our customers to enjoy.”
