Mid-winter can be tough for people with dogs. In summer, there is no shortage of cafés and bars that let dogs hang out with you outside, but those outdoor areas aren’t so enticing in the deep, cold of winter. We went out to find the places in Christchurch that aren’t just willing to let you bring your dog; no, we wanted the places that passionately love and welcome dogs, that encourage you to bring your dog inside and offer incentives like free dog treats, water bowls and puppuccinos.
